After posting my previous review I received a call from a Karen and she was very apologetic and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and get me in as soon as possible. I really appreciate that and I would go back.

This is the place e to go to get pampered. Also has great advice on what products are good for your type of hair. I am so happy with the amazing job ms. Karen did on my hair. OMG have already started getting compliments on the improve look
