I've been with Dr. Rachel for every step of my second pregnancy. She is the real deal- smart, funny, and an expert when it comes to women's health and fertility. She's helped me in all aspects of this pregnancy, but most recently she helped me deal with my baby who was still in breech at week 35. I emailed her the day I found out and she responded immediately with resources, words of encouragement, and most importantly, a treatment plan. Within 2 sessions, baby was flipped! Rachel played such an important role in my care in my weeks leading up to birth after I found out my babe was breech. Honestly, the sessions with her were some of the most relaxing and grounding moments in those weeks leading up to labor. And that’s coming from someone who’s terrified of needles. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
I have been going to Dr. Hemphill for years! She is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing acupuncturist who I trust. She was a big part of the success of my pregnancy. She is a kind, compassionate, and patient provider for her patience. She takes the time to listen and understand your body before every visit. She offers assistance with supplements and figuring out what your body may be lacking. I followed her from her previous location to her new one, it’s beautiful, well designed and feels like a calm safe space. Her new office has easy parking and is a great location, which is a plus!
