Eddie is thorough, thoughtful and flexible. He's painted houses for us in Oakland and Santa Cruz. He offers great service and obvious attention to detail. A pleasure to work with him.

Charmed Painting worked on a few ares of our house several years ago and we were very happy with the results, so we hired them again this month to basically paint the entire interior of our 2,000 sq ft Oakland home. Their prices are very reasonable (below other painters I consulted) and having worked with him before I knew that Eddie and his team would do a great job. We were away during the painting but Eddie planned everything ahead and communicated all of the plans, so we were confident that everything would go smoothly. We needed some paint touch up and waterproofing on our windows and garage; Eddie and Luis were a dream to work with! Am super happy with their work and would 10/10 recommend for ease and professionalism.
