I needed a simple repair on a wall furnace. Jose respnded quickly and made the repair in moments. I was thrilled to find someone who would work on a wall heater, and who spent some time figuring out my own HVAC system.5 Stars. Thanks Jose.
Didn't even get service yet, but like the other reviewer. So nice just to have a live person pick up. called 5 diff places 3 no pick up 2 don't work with wall heaters. Very attentive! I'm sure the service will be great.
The weather is getting cold, so all HVAC companies are busy, but Jose took the time to actually answer the phone. It's sad, but many busy companies don't answer the phone, let alone return calls. He was able to schedule a diagnostic appt the next day. He showed up on time, and he was such a kind AND professional man. He took the time to explain the details of the issue so lay people like me and my tenant could understand. He didn't diagnose more work than necessary, he fixed the wire causing the issue on the spot! He advised of work that may need to be done in the future, which I appreciate.
