One thing I wanted to point out was their scannable QR code tracking services. They gave me a QR code to scan and showed me updates from the pick up and to the funeral home. I never expected to be writing a review for a mortuary, but here I am. From the initial planning stages for my sister’s arrangements, the process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate Ms. Brenda assistance but it's been a month and I haven't received my husband death certificate. I have called and no one is sure where the certificate is please call me with update are sent them as soon as possible.
