I recently moved to East Oakland and had been putting off finding a barber. Today, I decided to check out Blitz Barber ? on MacArthur, and I’m glad I did. Markel was great at what he does and really understood the style of cut I wanted. The shop is in a great location with street parking, plenty of seating, and an overall great vibe. There are also plenty of other local businesses nearby to check out.
I’ve officially found my local barber ? shop.

Hands down the best barber shop in Oakland. Been to 3-4 before finding Blitz and every barber before Ray has let me down. Patient, takes his time and always ensure folks feel welcomed. Would highly recommend.
