After injuring my shoulder shoveling snow while in the mountains during snowpocalyose last winter, I knew it was time to get my body back in shape. Enter, Bliss Fitness and Health! From the first Rebel Recess class that I took, I have never felt more comfortable (except for the burpees!!) or more welcomed into a fitness space. The teachers are fantastic; the space is gorgeous; and most importantly after every class I feel euphoric, strong, and, dare I say, filled with bliss.

Bliss has converted me from a gym hater to someone who is at least neutral and often even looks forward to class - that's a big deal for me! The space is bright and airy, the instructors are friendly and encouraging, and the vibe is very body-positive with ZERO diet culture bullshit. In the last year and a half I've grown stronger, found better balance, and regained some mobility/flexibility I'd lost as the pandemic made me more sedentary. If you're someone who feels like you don't belong in group classes, come try this place!
