I have used this company multiple times for my clients. I made an appointment that was confirmed and nobody showed up. I am sorry to say but I can no longer use this company and I cannot refer my clients anymore. I tried talking to a rep and she just kept cutting me off and denying it. Not happy with their service

We booked a cleaning through their website and got email confirmations for the date and time selected. On the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up to clean the apartment. I called and asked if they could let me know when their crew would be over, and the agent on the phone said “I’ll call you back” — but never asked my name or number. I insisted she write it down, and she said she’d call me back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, we still didn’t receive a callback. I called again and she said they are going to have to cancel my reservation. They charged my credit card for the full amount as if *I* had cancelled the cleaning. These people are frauds. Steer clear.

I heard about Mythical Maids through a friend and I have been very impressed by their level of service! Online portal is easy to use and they are very quick to respond to messages. My house always looks great when they are finished!Service: General housekeeping
