Super overpriced. The owner was very nice and it was well stocked, but it's sad to see so many people financially benefiting from people of color, except people of color. We have many black owned beauty suppliers in Los Angeles. We should have more in the Bay Area. Primarily Hispanics with horrible attitudes.

It’s the same as it always has been. The one HUGE deterrent back is NO African American clerks , stockers etc as we are the MAIN people patronizing and keeping the store open. And the direct neighborhood is still majority Black said that these relationships have not been built over the past two decades plus.

Third visit here since I found this place on a visit to First Fridays in Oakland. If you are looking for a full selection of products for the black girl magic; you will find it here for sure. I don't come very often but when I do; I stock up. I don't wear wigs or fake hair or eyelashes but they have a plentiful selection of all of all these... maybe one day; I will experiment... read full review
