She is the best acupuncturist I have ever used, and I have seen a few. I first went to her due to a moderate bulging disc in my neck causing excruciating pain. I was pain-free after two sessions and have been going to her ever since. That was about eight years ago. She has treated my neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, hip pain, and most recently knee pain. I am 62 years old and have been an athlete for my entire life, and I am still going. She helps me to continue to be active and pain-free. I highly recommend her without reservation.

The acupuncture was fine, but I recommend getting pricing in writing. When I called to book, Sara told me visits were $100, including the initial session. However, after my first visit, she charged $150, saying initial visits are $150 and follow-ups are $100. It's possible her prices changed, but I wasn't informed. She also billed my insurance at my request, which covered $60, so the total was $210. Her booking website doesn't show pricing, so it's unclear what future visits might cost. If you see her, double-check pricing beforehand and get it in writing.

I have gone to Sara off and on for about 10 years. She is a wonderful acupuncturist. She is always expanding her knowledge and offerings, which is pretty great for a single-person office.Recently, I have benefited from cupping for my back muscle spasms. When I was going through "the change," Sara provided herbs, insight, and great support--really helped my symptoms. She's smart, thoughtful, talented. I couldn't ask for more.
