Good experience:) I have really bad anxiety but the communication and thorough explanations made me feel at ease. Hard to get an appointment but I know everyone is struggling. Healthcare in America is absolute trash but this was a pleasant experience so thank you.

Was redirected to this office after making an appt at Highland originally, so not my choice. Went to 3 different rooms before my actual room was ready it took over 40 minutes to be seen. Very unorganized, hard to find the actual location, no outdoor signage on where to enter, just not a place I could trust or feel comfortable in. When I was told to make another appt in one week, they didn't have any available that would work between my work and kids schedule, but they insisted on scheduling the following week on a day I told them I wouldn't be available. The doctor said she would call Highland to squeeze me in on that Friday, yeah, didn't happen. Overall not a place I would recommend.

I was skeptical based on the negative reviews . Every single nurses to Dr. Flagg have been absolutely amazing and caring . I was so nervous, but I felt so at ease and welcomed. I’m so glad I can finally call a place my primary care. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, just be kind and kindness rewards you back.
