They aren't going to be able to do anything for pet urine on wool upholstery, just wish they had notified me earlier instead of the day of pickup, almost a week after. Glad I sprayed with enzyme cleaner prior, so I will just need to spot clean with water at the enzyme ring.

I am really, really impressed how the jeans hemming turned out, completely invisible and I asked for the original hem. 5 day wait time seems pretty standard. They should however correct their website, listing wrong business hours is bound to result in many unhappy clients.
