Absolutely see Jim if you have any pain or tension issues. I went in with a nagging hip and lower back soreness and left with pain free increased mobility and range of motion on that hip. Jim was also very empathetic and made sure to check in periodically. His attention to detail and care is from my experience unmatched and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

TLDR: Jim is truly amazing, I would send my mom, best friend, husband, son, anyone to him to be extremely well taken care of for any pain or tension issues. Long story long: My neck “goes out” about once a year and it’s so painful I can’t move, I look like Michael Keaton Batman. My usual routine is to endure a super painful massage from some rando, have it help a little, and just wait a week until I get my mobility back (Christian Bale Batman). When I woke up on Saturday and couldn’t move, I looked for the first closest masseuse and VERY luckily ended up with an appointment with Jim at 1 Touch within 2 hours.
