Great house/not great management company
I would highly recommend this house. It was clean, great kitchen, very comfortable living area. Nice bedroom and bathroom and shower. The lock was not easy to use, but it may have been that it needed batteries. The wifi is ok, we brought our apple tv to use through our phone which helped a lot. Bring your own groceries! There is not a grocery store close by and you will not want to drive down the mountain every time you need something. The staff was not very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! From the very beginning, the communication with the host was excellent – quick, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy, making us feel welcome right away. The house itself was spotless and extremely well-maintained. We really appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt upon arrival. The equipment and amenities were just perfect – everything we needed was available, making our stay very comfortable. Great location of cabin; great space and good set up overall. Kitchen items needed cleaning; sink in one of the rooms was completely rusted and not appealing, most of the houses was cleaned well; but attention to details was lacking. We liked the cabin, the kids toys that were provided were very useful, the wifi availability; the kitchen equipment and the fact there was hot tub; and the rooms layout; we were not impressed with the overall cleanliness of sheets; the mattresses for the two main beds were so beat up that it was not comfy sleeping on them. With a little more attention to details and some upgrades, this could be a great place.
