“I've used Damon before for non-emergency plumbing repair. So when our hot water heater started leaking I called Damon Plumbing. The leak wasn't bad so we scheduled for the following week; the next day the leak got huge and the heater was making alarming noises, called Damon and he rearranged his schedule to come out early the following morning. He and Jack installed the new water heater and took the old one away, he did his usual thorough and competent job and didn't charge for the emergency visit; he's also a great guy.
