Animal Hospital of the Sierra, Dr. Aubrey and her staff has cared for our fur baby through every stage of her life, from routine visits to treating illnesses, and eventually helping us navigate the hardest decisions. Their compassion and consistency have meant so much.
They always treated my girl with gentle, respectful care, and they treated us with the same kindness. We never felt rushed, and they always took the time to explain things clearly. They returned calls and emails even when we just needed reassurance, which made a huge difference during stressful times.
We also appreciate their fair pricing and the thoughtful option to connect with the Fresno Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital after hours for advice. That level of support shows how committed they are to their patients and the families behind them.
When her illness progressed, they guided us with honesty and compassion, helping us understand our options and even in the hardest moments, we felt supported and cared for.
We're grateful for the dignity, comfort, and kindness they showed throughout her life.

Unfortunately I was rescheduled 4 times for my dogs spay appointment. Being 1 of the 2 vets on the mountain, makes for a disappointing experience. Family emergencies are understandable but there needs to be a back up plan. This is a business.
