I have had Zaragoza do a couple of jobs. Happy with their responsiveness and their work. And knowledgeable people answer the phone. It isn't some call center thousands of miles away.
Woke up to no hot water one morning so went to the water heater to see the burner failure light flashing on the unit. Was about to order a part and try to fix it myself but decided to get a professional opinion. I called Zaragoza, who had come to our house to give a free quote for a complete repipe of the house previously, to have a look. I called the office and was quickly told that someone would be at the house within 2 hours to take a look. Jose showed up on time, and not only quickly got the burner fired up, but advised me to call the manufacturer to see if my unit was under recall because of a faulty burner design to get a free replacement part. I have now called on Zaragoza multiple times for various services. The teams that came have all been great - timely and efficient, with great attitudes. I am glad to have found my "goto" plumbing company.
