She is THE curly hair expert of Marin — her technique is excellent, she takes classes annually to stay current, and she truly takes pride in her work. What I love most is that it's just the two of us during the appointment, so you get her full attention and expertise. She's so personable and always offers great suggestions — and not just about hair!

Not only is Wendy an awesome human being, she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted and truly understood what my hair needed from both a product and styling perspective. She taught me a lot of new techniques that were far more effective than what I had been doing before. (And I have had many curly cuts/styling tips.) I tried them on my own the very next day, they were so easy to recreate. My hair had more volume and felt healthier and nourished. I’m genuinely excited to keep working with Wendy on my hair goals. She is a curly hair genius!

I brought Wendy a whole lot of bad hair issues like I cut my own hair (bad idea), outgrowth from having a newborn, had my hair up for years. After seeing Wendy, my hair is bouncy, happy and really cute! She taught me so much about how to care for and style my very curly hair, as well as gave me a cut I can wear up or down. She's really really good and very knowledgeable. We also had some great laughs together! Highly recommend her.
