Yanira did an awesome job with my hair. Thank you so much! ? Hours are different to what google has posted they are open from 9-4 on Monday and 11-6 Tuesday- Friday 10-6 Saturday and 11-5 Sunday
I tried calling this business several times today to make an appointment but the phone was never answered and it never went to voicemail either. It leaves a very bad impression about the professionalism of this place. The other Novato location (by Safeway) at least answered the phone to let me know she couldn’t fit me in today because she is only stylist working there and she was already fully booked.
Called for an appointment and was scheduled an hour later. Very pleasant on the phone and in person. Got there a few minutes early and was seated promptly. Great post Covid haircut back to how I like it. Very pleasant experience overall.
