Sukha Yoga is the best yoga studio. The instructors are experienced and the classes are varied. The space and the people are calming and welcoming. Every yoga class I take here is like a mini retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone new to yoga or experienced.

Absolutely love the community at Sukha, wonderful teachers, workshops and events. I love Vinyasa and they have phenomenal instructors. I highly recommend the soundbath and new moon rituals.

This is a studio with compassionate and caring staff and teachers. I love the restorative classes, the studio is very welcoming and it has all the equipment that you need. I am very lucky to live in Novato, home of Sukha yoga!
