This is a remarkable company that has been in business for decades, run by a father and son team. Father Jim does the sales and runs the showroom while son James does the field/service work. They have vast and detailed knowledge and experience in the field, and are amazingly ethical and honest with their information, happily explaining everything and answering any questions with complete candor. Bought a new Caldera from the good people here and had a great experience. The showroom, while not modern, has a ton of different models to take a look at and they can order just about anything. The owner and his team are really spa experts and were very helpful in getting me to the right product for us. Pricing was very competitive but where they really shine is on the delivery and support. The owner came out to inspect the site TWICE before it was delivered and then again with the delivery. Jim is great to work with. The tubs last forever and the service is amazing. I needed minor service after 10 years and they show up within hours of calling. I’ve bought 2 tubs at 2 different homes and they have been great to work with over many years. Highly recommend
