They installed a sump pump before even telling me that I needed to install electrical first. I am completely naive when it comes to this type of work and I depended on their expertise to tell me what I needed before installation. All it said on their forms was that I was responsible for providing electrical if it wasn't there. I've never been under the house, there was no way I knew if there was electrical under there. It would have been super helpful to know that was necessary BEFORE they did the installation seeing as I can't even use it. And yes, we will have to hire an electrician to fix this but the guy was such a salesman about it when I expressed... read full review

The owner Adam came out to my house twice to look at my house in the last couple of years and spent a really generous amount of time trouble shooting my moisture issues. He even ultimately recommended work that his company doesn't do! So I haven't used their services but I'll tell you this guy cares and knows his stuff. I would trust him with any project.

I called and left a voicemail for Bay Area Moisture Control on a Friday evening once they had closed to see if they could help. Gina had the courtesy to call me back first thing Monday morning to let me know that I was out of their service area. I thought that was incredibly kind and thoughtful as most companies wouldn't bother to do that these days. I would highly recommend them!
