About Peterson Family Install

Peterson Family Install is a roofing company that handles full roof replacements, repairs, gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and rotted wood repair. Customers describe the work as complete and professional, with crews who are excellent, easy to work with, and careful with the property. They keep the work area clean and answer questions about the roof installation and repairs. Small concerns are handled quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.

The company also helps with insurance claims. The process is smooth from start to finish, from the estimate to the insurance paperwork to the final roof replacement. The team explains the scope of work, the condition of the old shingles, shingle options, flashing details, ventilation, labor quality, and warranty coverage. Communication is clear, and the crew stays on schedule, protects the property, and does a thorough cleanup.

Customers note that the crew is made up of in-house workers instead of subcontractors, which gives extra confidence in the workmanship. They replaced the full roof on my house and carport, installed new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, and repaired the rotted wood areas that needed attention. This was the most complete roofing job I have had, and it finally took care of the long-standing roof and drainage problems I had been dealing with for many years. The roofing crew was excellent, professional, and easy to work with. They treated my property with care, kept the work area clean, and were always willing to answer questions about the roof installation and repairs. Any small concerns came up were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the roofing work… read full review

I highly recommend this roofing company. After a strong wind storm, a few shingles came loose, and Micah came out right away to secure the damaged area and make sure the roof was protected. After the inspection, the roof replacement was approved, and the whole process moved smoothly from start to finish. The crew had already done several roofing jobs nearby, so we felt confident calling them. The service was excellent, communication was clear, and the team was professional the entire time. They completed the full roof replacement very quickly, in just one day, and the workmanship looked great. The roofing materials were high quality, the installation was solid, and the… read full review
