Ryan Timms and his crew just finished a very difficult job ( steep hill, narrow access to roof, no parking on busy street...) and I have nothing but high praise for the job they did. All the men were agreeable to my needs and worked diligently to complete their work on time and with admirable expertise. They cleaned up every day and left the area looking even better than before. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Cascade roofing did and amazing job! They were very professional, safe and fast. They went above and beyond in helping me fix the dry rot caused by the leaking roof. Ryan the owner is a great guy. He knows his stuff & was 100% open & honest. I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I had a leak in my garage that needed attention during the recent rains. My spouse and I were told when we bought our house we would need a new roof in the next few years. After the fires the bids were insanely expensive. I knew we'd need a roof now because of the leak, My friend referred me to Ryan Timms from Cascade Roofing. Ryan was prompt, professional and gave us options at different price levels to find what worked best for us and our budget. No one wants to spend money on a roof, but I am so glad I hired Ryan. Ryan and his crew were very clean, treated our home with respect, got the job done ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.
