Danny was great. He gave me the option of an earlier appointment. Showed up promptly and was patient awaiting instructions on how to get through the neighborhood gate. He explained what he needed to do and handled my wasp situation easily and professionally. I am glad to have found North Point for this pest issue and for any other future problems.North Point had the best bid and also the best customer service without pressure like other places I called.
We have started treatment for carpenter bees and spiders. Brian did a great job with cobweb removal, and sprayed all around the eaves for the bees. Will have a followup treatment in 2 weeks. Time will tell if the treatment for the bees is effective.
Katie is the best. She shows up on time and with a smile. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. We have seen a huge reduction in pests while she has been servicing our home. We highly recommend Katie.
