Millworks Apartments

My family and I stayed here for close to a year while we were in between selling and purchasing a home. Matthew, Amy and Teddy were some of the nicest people we have encountered while renting. We also have an indoor “Houdini cat” that can open doors, and they were very accommodating every time there was an inspection so I can be there to keep and eye on him to make sure he didn’t get out.

If you are looking for a safe place for your family, and great location to downtown, Millworks rates 5 stars for sure!!

The best rental property/ complex in Novato. In my experience, building is safe, clean, generally quiet and well maintained. Excellent maintenance team. Front office management is very responsive when requests are made. I am loving the new MW community newsletter and community events. Overall a nice community and close to a walkable quaint downtown.

Manager Amy is fantastic! The staff is responsive and professional. She treats the residents like family, and is a great listener! I love the security of the gated parking garage. The location is excellent- near great shops and restaurants. Whole Foods downstairs is so convenient and will deliver to your door! Love the high quality appliances! Landscaping is well done. The remodeled community room is elegant.
