Generally decent work but their prices for many services are about 20% higher than you can get elsewhere, especially PRP treatments. Even their lasers… I’ve paid less for an MD doctor in San Francisco perform the exact same laser procedure for me for $200 less than I would pay a nurse to do at Medusa. Also I’m suspicious that they don’t turn their laser strength up appropriately… including for laser hair removal… will investigate this. Again otherwise the service is quite good and the job done is decent so I can’t knock them on that.

Louisa is AMAZING!!! First time I got Botox from another person my eyelids were droopy and looked terrible, Louisa corrected the issue and my eyelids actually lift up now. She is very light handed (no pain at all), and my face looks amazing thanks to her. Thank you Louisa for helping me feel beautiful and young. See you soon

Had my 3d sessions so far and great experience! Especially last two laser sessions with Katlin. I only could come after work which makes me last person to come and Katlin is extremely helpful, makes friendly and welcome atmosphere! Thank you!
