I found my experience to be quite disappointing. The massage therapist I had was somewhat uncomfortable, and it seems that the services I requested were not carried out. I haven't had a massage in over five years, so I decided to treat myself and save up for my massage. I'm not wealthy, and I wanted to pamper myself after three years of working two jobs and seven days a week. Apart from not receiving my requested deep tissue massage, the facial massage was rather unpleasant. It felt disgusting and I will not be seeking this service again. Overall, I am deeply disappointed and feel as though I have wasted my valuable time and resources.

On my last massage I had somebody else . For the first time the massage therapist was a male and initially was not my choice . But Christian is an excellent massage therapist . The massage was great and he is pleasant and good listener . From now on he will be my massage therapist at this place . All the people are friendly and helpful at this place .

I bought this with the 40% birthday discount on Groupon, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. Even though I clearly explained that I had neck stiffness, all they did was slowly rub my body with hot stones. They didn’t understand pressure points at all, even when I asked. This was honestly the worst massage I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this Massage Heights location a couple times now. I had the pleasure of receiving my massage today from Miriam and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left my appointment and it was a struggle to not fall asleep in my car before ever leaving the parking lot. Booking appointments on their website is easy, and the monthly membership is a great deal if you’re looking for consistent massages at a discounted rate. I’m counting down the days until my next appointment!

My wife and I have regularly visited Massage Heights for the past year, and it never disappoints. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the massage therapists are excellent. Depending on how my body feels, I see different therapists, but since injuring my back, I have been seeing Miriam for deep tissue and sports massage, and she is exceptional. I highly recommend giving this place a try; you'll love it!!

My last appointment resulted in a very rude Masseuse with an attitude that was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and canceling my membership. I reported the incident to the mgr and owner. They offered an apology but nothing else. The masseuse is still working there.

Get yourself to this place. It is amazing. I have been going to Susan for a long time and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can't stress enough how good you will feel after a nice, relaxing facial and massage. Susan is amazing!

Susan is truly amazing and has magic hands!!! I worked with Susan in 2022 and I'm excited for her new location in Novato. I've been getting treatments from Susan since 2022. She gives exceptional facial, neck and shoulder massage. She is very knowledgeable about the products and I always feel comfortable with her recommendation. Susan is professional, and I always have a fun and relaxing time with her.
