Dr. Chen is so knowledgeable and skilled. I thought I was getting good eye care before but now that Dr. Chen helped me work through dry and itchy eyes, that had turned into a full blow inflammation, my bar has totally changed. She also didn't stop there but kept working with me to continue providing me with options for contacts and glasses. She's had such a helpful demeanor, I highly recommend her and the services she provides!!
Wow! I just switched from another local optometrist who had retired recently. I thought I would give Dr. Chen a try and I was so glad I did. Firstly, this is not some corporate practice, which is refreshing. Dr. Chen spent SO much time with me in making sure I was happy with my prescription, as well as throughly explaining all of the testing she was doing and the health of my eyes. Can't endorse her enough - the professionalism, customer service and overall experience was one you don't find in healthcare much these days.
I've been seeing Dr. Chen for 6 or 7 years. She is always pleasant, professional, and very thorough. She has the best and most updated equipment available and explains the results of all the tests that she takes. I highly recommend her!
