Our system is about five years old and I have been putting scheduled maintenance off until now. Dylan did a great job testing and servicing the equipment. He explained the process to us beforehand and provided a thorough analysis of the systems performance when he was finished.I find this company to be trustworthy and am happy to support a local Novato Business. My thanks to Don Bryant, DJ Bishop, and Ryan who did an excellent job. My hot water heater suddenly quit (unfixable), and I had to replace my 50-year old furnace at the same time -- someone had added a shear wall blocking part of the area! They got a very quick permit and by end of that day they had removed the furnace, installed a new hot water heater, and had some of the ductwork for the new furnace already in place. They helped arrange some quick asbestos boots removal -- then Don, DJ, and Ryan were back the next day installing the new furnace. My 1970s townhouse was a can of worms, and I have to say these guys truly went out of their way to bring it up to code as... read full review
