As a landlord, I can no longer recommend this service. My tenant contracted a move-out cleaning service on the 450 square foot apartment he had lived in for a year. He was told that a crew of 4 cleaners worked for 2 hours and needed more time to do the job after he paid $397 for the agreed move-out service cleaning. When I inspected the unit after the crew left, there were a couple of spider webs, dirt on the baseboards and window ledges, and the walls had not been wiped (I took photos). Debbie and her team are top notch. We have been using their services for the past 5 years.They are always responsive, friendly, and adaptable to any requests of changing our schedule around and/or helping me out in a pinch of needing an extra cleaning. They are very thorough in their cleaning and considerate of when our babies are sleeping to not disturb them. Would highly recommend Housekeepers of Marin.
