I've been twice to this place and had a 20 min chair massage. Excellent pressure and an experienced masseuse.
F James is a miracle worker. I had been suffering from golfer's elbow (from playing tennis) for several months. The pain started spreading a little bit to my fingers and a bit on my shoulder blade. I had read about exercises and some self massage techniques so decided to schedule a 90 minute massage with James, who I have visited before. He first pressed upon my shoulders, back, arms, etc. to determine if I had any pain and after deciding that my body was in pretty good shape then begin releasing the muscles around my shoulders.
