Henry is such a kind hearted groomer, talking to her trying to calm her. My dog Lola is 15 and is now very difficult. She was so sweet until about a year ago. Now I medicate her when taking her to the groomer and the vet. I'm sure she hurts and very sensitive and doesn't want anyone to handle her face or paws. I appreciate Henry also he works with one animal at a time and Lola's visit is very quick. He doesn't crate her and I appreciate it. The place is very clean and smells great.

I brought my recently adopted rescue dog here after reading all the wonderful reviews. Prior, I called to ask about pricing and home grooming tool recommendations, as I wasn't sure my dog would be ready to be fully groomed any time soon. Henry was very helpful and suggested we stop by so he could see my dog in person to suggest grooming tools. We chatted in person, and my dog settled in enough to come back for a groom the next week! I was not sure if he had ever had a bath, and he had some mats in his tail from his life prior to the shelter. He got a bath and groom, nails done, ears cleaned, and mats all brushed out.
