THE BEST! During the recent cold weather, our heat pump stopped providing heat into our den. My wife suspected some problem with the vent, and she proved to be correct. Martin and Sergio of Gene Burch located the problem right away: a part of the duct which had become separated, providing heat to our crawl space, not our den. After determining the problem, they quickly and efficiently implemented the solution. The vent into our den now is providing great heat, making my wife very happy. Happy wife, happy life!!
Gene Burch's plumber arrived on time and was fully aware of my problem. He quickly desribed how he would approach the project and provided me with alternatives as to possible procedures and costs. Once I selected what I wanted done, he immediately set to the task and completed it quickly and thoroughly. He appropriately cleaned up after himself; provided an e-invoice for me to sign, then left.
