Cannot say enough good things about Chem-Dry. This was the first time we used them after several bad experiences with other providers. Making the appointment was very easy. Matt, our service provider, showed up exactly within the service window promised and called us when he was 15 minutes away. He arrived, reviewed the carpeted areas to be cleaned, and provided us the exact cost of the work to be done. He then got immediately to work and did an excellent job in exactly the amount of time he had told us. He even cleaned 2 area rugs I had not mentioned originally and did not charge us. Moving forward Chem-Dry will be our go-to provider.
