Ryan came out and helped me fix a water heater that wasn't working in an instant! Thanks also to Owner Nick and his crew for helping me complete condo conversion plumbing inspection items, one of the items was especially tricky and they helped me navigate it and for a reasonable fee.
After our water heater gave out, we were desperate for a quick fix so we could open our building back up to clients. We called more than ten companies and no one wanted to help until we reached Jill and Ryan at Advanced Plumbing and Drain. As far as I'm concerned, Ryan should be wearing a superhero cape. He trekked up multiple sets of stairs with the water heater like a champ and spent nearly six hours making sure everything was perfect. He even fixed a pipe for me that wasn't in our original plan! He was professional, kind, and kept everything neat and tidy. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Plumbing and Drain for any job!
I had a water leak late on a Friday on a holiday weekend. This left me scrambling to find a plumber. I called 8+ companies and no one would help. Even though they were fully booked Advanced Plumbing and Drain was the only company willing to help me out and find a plumber on short notice. The plumber was accommodating and professional despite it being late on a Friday. Highly recommend.
