“Of course had to come back to my one and only Ann. My hair grew NO more pixie cut, did more of a new color on me went with a dark brownish color with highlights. The time was so quick I was there for two hours or so, didn't even feel like it. Ann's vibe at the store is just so calming and chill time flies, and convos always good with the ladies. They were super careful and willing to keep the length of my hair and only cut more in some areas upon my request. I'm pretty happy with my haircut. I speak Spanish I'm not sure if that's their preferred language but that's how we understood and communicated with each other.“

“Went in for my baby first hair cut at 10 months. We went on Friday it was busy as any Friday hair salon. We got seen pretty quickly. Jessica did amazing at cutting my little ones hair. She has a lot of patience and understanding how to cut a baby's hair. We did first hair cut certificate it was so nice to have piece of hair and photo for memory“

“I really thought about writing this review but it's fair to let other people know that yes she truly does cancel and yes she does think you need to kinda deal with it cause she does indeed do good hair. I was a client of hers for 3 years and my other 2 friends came to her as well cause the way she cuts and bayalage a hair is awesome but the last appoinment was not it. I booked the appointment and everything was fine until she realized she was late to go pick up her niece or something like that and was rushing doing my hair,so she finished sent me on my way and a week later when the toner starting fading put that's when I realized one side of my bayalge was blended and the other was just chunks of blonde. I texted her and told her what I was seeing and sent her pics and she agreed to fix it and knew I was driving from San Diego,the day before she cancels and said she had other commitments she agreed to before me and she had to cancel but could do it the next day I said ok, an hour or so before the appointment she cancels and I tell her it's not ok im driving from San Diego and close by and ghosted me until midnight( I realized she wasnt going to reply so drove back) saying she was busy and was at her other job. I got along with her and love how she does hair and how she loves doing hair and I always gave her the benefit of the doubt when she canceled other times knowing she was a mom and had to provide but to never message me again and just ignore me and pretend my hair wasn't messed up is where I can't seem to understand why do that?“
