“I shouldve waited for Olga. This woman butchered my sons hair. Didnt blend or even out the front. Knicked the back of his neck made him cry. Been with Olga a couple times prior and made it such a wonderful experience for him. Gave someone else a chance and that was the mistake. Son had a melt down after saying no to a candy and she proceeded to give it to him while he was crying only reenforcing the learned behavior to cry if you want to get treats. Then after payment i didnt tip only paid for the cut she looks at me and goes $25? I said yeah and to have a good day..she called over a coworker to ask me to review the payment and she said oh only $25 and I said yes, she cut my sons hair and made him cry. I didnt mention the other things that upset me including the cut as i understand a service is a service and there wasnt much room for them to correct as most of my sons hair was gone.
