Jovan is the best stylist I’ve ever had in my life. She can do anything! I have fine, thin, curly hair and she’s somehow able to give me a curly cut, bleach it all without damage, and make it hot pink. She uses quality products and doesn’t push expensive services. She even does the bleach in a way where it looks good as it grows out. And it’s all at a reasonable price! I feel like a billion bucks every time I walk out ?“
