Absolutely love Vivian! It was my first time doing brow lamination and the process was great. She took her time explain what she was going to do, and how to take care of my brow. They look great. Will definitely be doing them again with her.

Earlier today I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Brow Bar in Macy's on Topanga Cyn. I then immediately made an appointment with Vivian in hopes that she could fix them. I went in crying because of how bad my eyebrows turned out earlier. Keep in mind my eyebrows are thick and bushy. Vivian took time to listen to my concerns and map out my brows to show me what she can do. She was honest and patient. SHE TOTALLY FIXED MY EYEBROWS THE WAY I WANTED AND FIXED ALL THE MISTAKES FROM BEFORE. I left there sooooo happy and grateful ? She even said a few kind words to help me feel better.
