I've been to plenty of different lash places from moving around a lot, and Bobbi is by far the best I've been to. I really appreciate her kindness and she truly does care about her clients. She understood what I wanted to do and really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. She's very easygoing and has such a kind, fun personality and I really appreciate that about her! “Every time I’ve come here I’ve had a great experience but this one time I’ve had the worst. I usually come and the young man is there and cuts my hair and he does a terrific job but he was there today and I needed a hair cut and the other ladies were busy and this one short lady with the white/blondish hair was there I couldn’t wait so I let her cut my hair. The hospitality from her was horrible. I know she knows how to cut hair but she does not know how to treat a customer. She doesn’t bother asking you hat hair style or do you want your hair done she just asks what number I want the clippers and I said no clippers just all scissors. Then she starts cutting away no asking if I want the sides shorts or trimmed as well as the top because I’ve been tryn to grow out the top of my hair for the longest and now she just cut it off. She then starts to criticize my hair which was horrible I did not come here to get critiqued I came here for a hair cut. Half way into the cut she starts using the clippers which I said not to use, she then explains she used it to open the ears which she did and I understand but she did not use it to just open the ears. She used it because she go lazy and cut around the sides. And the hair was going on all my clothes because she never put the cover on properly and just put it on and left it open having my clothes open to catch hair. She made up so many excuses and then she also critiques me from being here born in the states. So many things wrong with her and then when I tell her what she did wrong here, more excuses comes up. There’s so many spikes in my hair it’s not even and flat and I tried explaining that to her and how the young man does it and how he does it right and how he treats the costumer but instead of apologizing for her mistakes she just says okay then next time just go with him and not me problem solved. Problem not solved because what if someone else has the same experience as me with her. I highly recommend this place but if the only person available is the short lady with the blond hair do not get her. I’m going back the next day to see if he is there so he can fix my hair.“
