Can't rave highly enough about the customer service at Sivan Windows & Doors. I replaced all the windows in my home with the help of Sapir, who is super knowledgeable, extremely patient and very attuned to all my concerns and questions.
Then, several months after installation, I ran into a problem with my new bi-fold doors that stopped working. Kerry, the Cust Svc mgr had their own technician come out right away, and when he couldn't resolve the issue, they called the manufacturer in. The mfg fixed the problem immediately, and my bi-fold doors are working better now than before.
