About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers a welcoming atmosphere and a wide range of amenities at an outstanding value. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, and more. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating, with some employees going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The facility is clean, with well-organized weights and a quiet atmosphere. While the gym has a variety of machines, some users have noted that the placement can be puzzling, with older machines mixed with newer ones. Some leg machines are in one row, while others are in different rows. A few older machines have rips in the cushions, and the air conditioning has been reported as not working very well, making the gym feel a bit stuffy at times. Despite these issues, members are generally nice and courteous, often wiping down equipment after use. The location is a plus, and the juice bar and amenities make it a great place to work out. The gym has gotten busier, likely due to the closure of a nearby location, making it a popular spot for fitness enthusiasts.
The staff at Northridge are really nice and accommodating. They helped me find a membership for my needs. Ask for Michael or Nick! They’re amazing. The manager Gatsby was really nice and inviting too!

Also, if you know LA, you know that all clubs between the 405 freeway and the City of Ventura are Signature and require premium fees to use. That’s over a forty mile stretch. This forty mile stretch is more affluent and white than other areas LAF serves. This...read full review
Not a bad place but definitely dated. All the LA Fitness’s in LA definitely need renovation. A standard LA Fitness in central Phoenix has better amenities and newer equipments than a signature club in LA.
