Took my first class here today. Not only was the studio welcoming and friendly, but the instructor, Jess, was incredible. She looked great, had high energy, and was super fun and funny. I had an incredible class and look forward to taking class with her again. She’s definitely worth getting out of bed on a Saturday morning for ?
Extra Review for Diandra:As I was rowing this morning (with very little energy), Diandra began to do her "Diandra Thing," when she brightens me [us] up with cheerfully positive, and relatable water cooler talk, mixed with her own style of personal-competitiveness.She brings an awesome balance of humor, self-appreciation, vulnerability, humility, gratitude, self-expression, and a beautiful celebration of life's present little moments.She makes everyone in class feel seen, and we see her!I adore all of our RH Instructors, but today, I really wanted to take the time to solely dedicate this morning's review to the one and only Diandra!Have a great day, y'all:)
After years of the gym, I finally found a place that can help with a complete workout. I have knee surgery and rowing has been the one exercise that allows pain free movement. It has taken a few months but I can walk up and down the stairs easier and almost pain free. All the coaches I’ve had are amazing and motivating! Christina was great when I first met her (still is) and little by little I’ve seen other front desk crew and all are helpful.
