I'm so frustrated how completely unreliable this company is and how much they lack in communication. I can't speak for their work because they never showed up for an inspection 2 days in a row!!!! I guess they just expect people to wait around all day for a 5 minute walk through. It is NOT OK!! There are 1000 companies like this and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Pure Restoration is a fantastic company!We contacted Pure Restoration because we had a leak in our ceiling and had suspected that we have mold, and so the company's owner, Tommy, came over with a team and confirmed it.Tommy helped us with our insurance claim and made the all process as easy and as pleasant as possible. We feel very lucky that Tommy and his team were there to help.Tommy personally took me to his suppliers to find the right wooden floors and wallpaper to match what I had and it was very important to him that I was happy with what I picked.It is really great to find such an honest and professional company and I will defiantly recommend and use them again.Services:...read full review
