This additional review is to thank Tony and team of subcontractors for doing all the repairs after the mold remediation work was done. While it took longer than originally expected, I have to be fair because the reasons for delay were completely reasonable. The whole time Tony and the team let us know what was going on and tried their best to quickly find a solution with us that worked. We had some tricky issues due to how the house was originally built (poorly). Our company has used Servpro for three jobs. They give next day services and are on time. Customer service is amazing.. I have worked with Merson and his crew, they are great, he always communicates with us is and is on time.. other companies are not reliable and Servpro of North Hollywood is. We would use their services again in the future
