If I could I would put not a single star. This place has gone down hills over the years. My dad used their service, I used their serves and I had my partner use their services. Over the past 2 years the secretaries that has helped us, have been mediocre. My family had been counting on the return and these people have dragged their feet for over a month coming up on two now. Just for them to send the papers with the wrong name, what a joke since the name is literally in your records. Never using their services again and suggest anything but them from now on.

Don't go here, if you want to pay $325 for your taxes or whatever fake quote they want to give you. They don't do anything special that anyone else can't do. I made a huge mistake coming here because I wanted my taxes done ASAP. Come to find out, I had problems with the way they were file and called them back to get help but the main guy there was talking about "his busy schedule" and how I had to pay $60 his hour rate for his assistance. In a service I was already charged for! I have never come across a tax preparation office where they aren't willing to help after they have already filed your taxes....No where in history is tax preparation for a genius. It's simple numbers to input into the system. (I could have done this myself ) and probably would have save a lot of money and time. This place is JOKE! And all they are doing is scamming the community with their high price tag. GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Never again will I be back! And it's a shame it's a Hispanic own business! It's clear they only have 4 reviews and who knows if they're even real. Anyways you make that choice!!!!
