So disappointed!! Wish there was something listed on their website or spots like Google/Yelp. Drove out of the way to go support like I have been for more than a year now.Wish their hair supply had more variety on hand.

Became a loyal customer about 7 months ago after my very first visit! Here's what I've noticed:[Shopping experience- Customer Service]Pros: Great customer service, most of the time! Vast majority of the staff are super helpful, talkative, and kind. Always black femme staff in my experience, which just feels right. The owner/manager, if you run into her during their community events, Instagram feeds, etc. is very lovely as well! Staff are very sweet and patient with kids too!Cons: Customer service quality depends on who's working. I found this place on Yelp when I was looking for Black own businesses. I went here for the first time to get some stuff to braid my hair. It was easy to find what I needed, and the vibe was very relaxing. I will now be going here for all my hair needs.
