“I called ahead of time to make sure they could take care of my daughter's phone the same day, and they said it was no problem. I called around to a few different places, and this establishment had the best price around town. We got there and were helped immediately. I don't remember exactly how long they said it would take to replace her cracked screen, but I know it was less than an hour. There was a donut shop a few doors down, so we took the kids to get a snack while we waited. After about 30-40 minutes we went back to the shop and it was done. It looked brand new. They did a really good job repairing the cracked screen.“

“I believe there is only one gentleman who works at this location, but he does a great job. Boost Mobile got lucky when they hired this guy. He knows the company services really well, and certainly has more detailed knowledge of mobile devices than the average customer. He is also very friendly and tries to look into things further on a customer's behalf if need be. I'll try to find his name. Thanks for the help. Not all Boost stores are like this.“

“I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !“
