I would have given five star rating but the girl at the front desk at the dental clinic with the brown hair tennis skin shortened stature was absolutely rude no personable skills at all whatsoever no hello no smile no nothing she had a huge ring on bring Donald Trump name in for no reason and needs to seek retraining customer service skills were a zero I watched as I sat in the reception room she has a particular favorite group of veterans you could tell by her reaction an interaction with the patients checking in she felt that the patient should wait on her till she was ready absolutely horrible customer service and I do believe she used to work at one of the doors passing... read full review

The VA outpatient clinic is consistently clean, with short wait times. The coffee shop, managed by a lovely couple, offers tasty breakfast sandwiches. Ample parking, especially before noon. Overall, a positive experience!

The VA System seems to be the most proactive ever. Doctors from different specialties collaborate to give me the best care possible. I'm not saying that all the hiccups are cured. But I'm confident in the care I receive at both McClellan and Mather VA Facilities.
